The Sefton Group is a Manx Company which has been under public ownership since 1923. It encompasses many of the most prominent brand names on the Isle of Man in the hospitality, leisure and property arenas and is synonymous with providing superior quality and service. It is the Island's largest premier hotel group, with the Sefton Hotel, Sefton Express at the Airport, and BEST WESTERN Palace Hotel ♦ Casino providing an extensive range of accommodation, dining and function facilities.
Already significant investment has been made - more than £10m in the last years to improve standards in the Isle of Man, and this will continue in the coming years with the development of further 4* plus hotels.
Ongoing investment
Sefton Group plc also continues to make extensive investment in the Isle of Man's leisure facilities through ownership of the Island's only casino and bingo operations, together with our cinema, restaurants, nightclubs and bars.
The company's business interests are complimented by its Property Division, which includes the Island's premier building company - Parkinson Ltd, and Sefton Manx Properties Ltd - a portfolio of high quality commercial investment properties underpinned by high quality blue chip covenants.
Supporting Manx producers
Sefton Group plc, through its Board of Directors, is committed to active community investment. It employs almost 400 staff in the Isle of Man, making it one of the Island's top ten private sector employers. Its Manx ownership now extend to more than 650 shareholders and it is one of the largest consumer of Manx produce through its extensive local supply network, using locally sourced and world renowned food in its establishments.
