Paragon Restaurant at the Best Western Palace Hotel and Casino, Isle of Man, has been awarded another silver 'Taste' accolade by Isle of Man Government, recognising it as one of the best places to eat on the Island. ‘Taste’ is an independently-assessed quality assurance scheme operated by the Island’s Department of Tourism, and is designed to help both visitors and local residents make an informed choice about where to dine out. Criteria measured include both the quality of the meal on offer, but also the overall experience offered to diners.
Given that Paragon promotes the very best of local Manx produce wherever possible under the guidance of Executive Head Chef, Chris Swinden, and enjoys spectacular floor-to-ceiling sea views over Douglas Bay and beyond, it is little surprise that it is a popular choice on the Island. Gareth Capper, General Manager of the Best Western Palace Hotel and Casino, commented: “On behalf of the Paragon team, I was really proud to collect another silver ‘Taste’ award and highlight their exceptional hard work and customer-focus to our industry colleagues at the award ceremony. Paragon offers our famed three-course Carvery to diners, as well as an a la carte menu for those seeking something a little different. It is very much seen as a ‘must have’ award for any restaurant on the Island and so we are delighted to have been recognised again in this way.”
Our three core business areas are united by one common goal - to provide Isle of Man residents and visitors alike with world-class facilities and services.
